Enterprise System Implementation Case Studies in Chinese companies
The research team carried out in depth case study of implementation projects in the Hunan province. The studies captured the issues that helps and impedes the implementation project, from the viewpoints of senior management, the IT team and software providers, as well as end users whose jobs are affected by the new system. These cases complement the cases already obtained in previous EU research projects (BEST). The cross-cultural comparison of the data sets is leading to new research findings. The case material contributes to the development of teaching material.

Education Systems
The curriculum development process has been a learning and sharing process in the consortium team. The UK Master is a one year programme, the Netherlands is completing the migration to the European Credit Transfer System in a two year Master, the Chinese system is an established two year system. The authority to develop and launch new subjects is very different and governed by the respective national legislations. The project gained a lot of understanding in the curriculum development process and is producing research papers on the comparison of education systems and the process to develop international curriculum.

Teaching methods
The MI-EIS professional requires a comprehensive set of theoretical knowledge as well as industrial practice skills. In the design of the curriculum and the development of the teaching methods, the partners shared their practices and develop additional insights and outlook in their teaching. Methods in student-led learning, thesis projects in industry are developed. Research papers on the use of teaching methods are being prepared.
